1. Appointment Booking

Appointments can be booked online through our website or by phone. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking. Please ensure all information is accurate.

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Frequent no-shows may lead to limitations on future bookings.

3. Payments

We accept all major credit cards and payments made through our online booking system. Some services may require a deposit or full payment in advance to secure the appointment.

4. Refunds & Adjustments

Service satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with the result, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We do not offer cash refunds, but we may provide adjustments or service credits at our discretion. Retail products may be exchanged within 14 days if unopened and unused.

5. Arrival Time

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation if it disrupts other appointments.

6. Children & Pets

For safety reasons and the comfort of all guests, we kindly ask that children and pets do not accompany you unless they are receiving a service.

7. Privacy

All personal information shared with us is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services and communication regarding appointments. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Changes to Terms

Salon Mira-Bella reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with the new effective date.
